What do these terms cover?

Browsing mccordslats.store and buying from Mccord Slats. Placing an order means you accept these terms along with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.

When is my order final?

Once your payment is approved and our confirmation email reaches you. If we can't supply an item, or it was listed at the wrong price, we may cancel and refund the whole amount.

What will I be charged?

Exactly the total shown at checkout, delivery included. Customs duty or local tax that the checkout does not collect is payable by whoever receives the parcel.

Will the panels look like the photos?

Very close, though production batches and monitors differ, so texture and tone can vary slightly.

How do delivery and returns work?

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy set that out, and both are part of these terms.

What am I agreeing not to do?

Use the site unlawfully, try to get around its security, upload malicious code, or give us false details.

Who owns the site content?

Mccord Slats or its licensors. Please ask before copying any image or text.

Do other companies play a part?

Yes — payment processing, delivery and some site functions are run by outside providers under their own terms.

What are the limits of your liability?

As far as the law permits, Mccord Slats is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer stay intact.
