Can you deliver to my country?

Mccord Slats ships to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Do I pay for delivery?

Not for our standard service — it is included on every order, large or small. Express is an optional upgrade at checkout (USD 15.00 (converted to your local currency at checkout)) and moves your order to the front of the packing line. Whichever you pick, the amount is listed before you confirm payment.

How soon will my order be sent?

Packing takes 1–3 business days once your payment is approved. Orders that come in on a weekend or public holiday join the line the next business day.

When will it get to me?

Expect standard parcels 7–15 business days after they are sent. Treat that as an estimate: couriers, weather and busy seasons can stretch it.

Will I owe customs fees?

Possibly. The destination country can levy duty or import tax on arrival; any amount not collected at checkout is settled by the person receiving the parcel.

How do I follow my parcel?

The moment the carrier takes your order we email a tracking number. Bigger orders may be split into several boxes, and every box is tracked on its own.

What if it arrives broken or never turns up?

Email contact@mccordslats.store within 7 days of delivery with pictures of the damaged piece and the box, and a replacement goes out free. If the tracking has not changed in 10 business days, write to us — we take it up with the carrier and then resend or refund.

I typed the wrong address — what now?

Email us straight away. We can change it up until the parcel is handed to the carrier.
