How long do I have to return something?

30 days, starting on the day your mccordslats.store order is delivered.

What condition does it need to be in?

Unused, uncut, never put on a wall, and back in its original box. A panel that has been trimmed, glued or fitted can only come back if it is defective.

How do I start?

Email contact@mccordslats.store with your order number and the items you'd like to send back. Within one business day we reply with the return address — please hold on to the parcel until you hear from us.

Who covers the postage?

You do when it's a change of mind. We do when the item was damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

When do I get my money?

We inspect the return when it lands and email you the outcome. Approved refunds go to the payment method used at checkout; banks can take 5–10 business days to show it. Express shipping fees are not refunded.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

Send photos within 7 days of delivery and pick a free replacement or a full refund.
